Shipping & Returns Policy

At Fox Wurx, every order is made with care and inspected before it leaves our shop. We don't believe in rushing quality. We appreciate your business and want you to know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time during periods of high order volume.

If your order will be significantly delayed, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We currently ship all orders using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed by Fox Wurx.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Fox Wurx is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is under the control of the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with USPS to locate your shipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate.

Returns

Because many Fox Wurx products are custom engraved or personalized, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • We made an engraving mistake.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged.

Non-Custom Products

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our mistake.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, requests to change or cancel an order must be made as soon as possible.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
